Description: 2x TESLA E88CC (= 6922, CCa), *Gold Grids*, Gold Pins, Close 1967/68 Codes, 100%++ *Very Rare* 344+357 You are bidding on 2 pieces of original 1960/1963 TESLA E88CC/6922 tubes. These are the rare early production E88CC variant with GOLD GRIDS (see the last photo how the grid assembly looks like, the grid wire is too fine to be seen!), gold pins, and grey shields between systems. Close 11/1967 + 4/1968 date codes! Both tubes are in very nice optical condition (please see photos), and perfect electrical condition, tested as 100%++ and matched w/in approx. 10 %, with following results: Tube 1 (344): Ia1= 17.00 mA / Ia2 = 15.10 mA, S/gm1= 11.40 mA/V / S/gm2= 10.30 mA/V Tube 2 (357): Ia1= 17.10 mA / Ia2 = 16.40 mA, S/gm1= 11.20 mA/V / S/gm2= 10.50 mA/V ...where a new/unused tube should have S/gm around 7.50 mA/V, and emission approx. 11-12 mA.
