Excellent for use in dish gardens, in rock gardens and as a patio or atrium plant. Can also be planted in the landscape. Plant in porous soil with adequate drainage. It likes bright light to morning sun. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Cold tolerant but best to provide frost protection to prevent scarring to plant. This is a desert plant.
