This will allow you to replace that crappy mirror assembly with one that has power adjustment and a heated mirror, but does not have the power fold mirror so it will never, ever power fold. ALL WIRES ARE INTACT WITH NO EXPOSED WIRES. TO INSTALL THIS, YOU'LL HAVE TO DISENGAGE THE LARGE SPRING. AFTER INSTALLING IT, YOU'LL THEN NEED TO RE-ENGAGE THE LARGE SPRING.
