The condition of these cards is what I call Tier 3: Tier 1 - Top 5% in quality in a box -- submitted to PSATier 2 - Next 5% in quality in a box -- sold as Mint singlesTier 3 - Next 15% -- set completionTier 4 - Bottom 75% -- sold as bulk So the cards you see here are in the 75-90th percentile of quality in a given box. My best honest guess is that if submitted, 10% or so would grade a PSA 7, 55% or so would grade a PSA 8, 35% a PSA 9, and a PSA 10 here and there.
