The original facility was built by the O.M. Carmichael family. A group headed by Phil Bryan purchased the track from the Carmichaels and later sold it to a corporation headed by Bernie Griffin. In 1953, John Boggiano bought the Kennel Club and later built the grandstand, which is still in place today. In 1970, Mr. Boggiano sold the track to a group headed by Mr. Arthur J. Rooney of Pittsburgh, Pa., and his five sons.Condition: Binding is intact. The lower corner of the program is chipped. Some creasing to the cover. Occasional pencil notations.
