This is a Vintage 1960'sBattery Operated Tinplate Tugbpat with box. Overall excellent aesthetic condition. It does not look like it was ever used. However, I put in two new D batteries and it does not work. Battery compartment is very clean. Supposed to smoke, sounds, and prop turns. Box is really rough with tears as is visible in the pics. Can probably be taped up from the inside but I will leave that up to you. .As you see it in the pics. I took lots of pics so you can see what you are buying.
