Gnus. Ned the Gnu, background, had a new girl friend at Griffith Park Zoo, Los Angeles, Thursday, when zookeeper Charles Allen coaxed a lady gnu, foreground, into his pen. The lady gnu, obtained from San Diego, infuriated Ned when she sniffed at a Brahman bull in an adjoining cage. Ned gored her with his horns, and they were separated, at least temporarily.
