This lighter has the original insert. The patent number on the case matches the insert. This lighter is engraved "OLD RELIABLE COFFEE-TEA ALWAYS THE SAME ALWAYS GOOD" The case does have some dents, scratching and wear. Please refer to the pictures to judge the condition for yourself.
