Description: 1932 THE SPORTING NEWS 23 issue Lot Newspapers Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mel Ott, Hack Wilson, Charlie Grimm, Kenso Nushida, Rogers Hornsby and of course many more. Issues included: 1/28, 2/4, 2/18, 4/7, 5/5, 6/2, 6/16, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/8 and 12/15. While it appears some side "seams" may be compromised (I did not open these issues up as they are fragile), the following issues I noticed the bottom seams were compromised (I may have missed some): 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17 and 12/8 (note piece missing upper left). See photos for a better idea of condition. I was not able to look at every page in every issue, so I cannot guarantee any paper is complete. If by chance there is a specific issue you want me to check, let me know. Watch my other listings for more vintage Sporting News.
