Description: Up for sale is a 7 x 11" photo that has been produced from my original old negatives of Meade View Company postcards, a company that sold real photo postcards of numerous Maine towns and views in the 1920's, 1930's, and early 1940's. What you see is exactly what the postcard looked like, only better, since we cleaned up the negative, sharpened the image, and printed it from a .tif file, with glossy format on quality photo paper. The back of the photo is blank. This is a view of the Nonantum Hotel on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, Maine in the late 1930's/early 1940's. Great detail, quite visible in the actual 7x11" photo, of this grand hotel. Note the awning at the sidewalk entrance, and old car out front.
