The book is complete with the only damage being a slight loss of paper on bottom edge to the last page, see 2nd to last photo. The spine is tight with no loose pages . See photos for overall condition. Page 175 has a factory flaw of the page not being trimmed, and was folded over, see last photo. Presented “ To Nellie from Dr. and Mrs Carlin” on first page.
