Description: This is beautiful stretch elastic lace (black). 2 1/4 inches wide. Nice with raised parts of the design (see photo). I am selling this in 10 yard lengths. It is precut but don't let it stop you from buying 20 or 30 or more yards. You will get three 10 yard bolts. Note that I do NOT stretch the lace before measuring (I've heard some folks do). And, I tend to be generous so if you do one order of 10 yards, you will probably get about 10 1/2 yards unstretched. I provide shipping discount for quantities larger than 1 order. You only pay the cost of the actual shipping. It is cheaper for you that way. I don't play games with shipping. Excess shipping will be refunded.
