Description: This listing is for 10 Purebred Rhode Island Red Hatching Eggs from Bonsall Farms Limited. We are a poultry farm located in Northeast PA focused on the humane raising of chickens to primarily benefit our local community. Our chickens have REAL free range access and are fed high quality pellet food. We have multiple breeds including: - Leghorns - Jersey Giants - Silver Laced Wyandottes - Rhode Island Reds - Australorps - Mille de Fleur Bantam D'uccles - Buff Orpingtons - Brown Leghorns All orders are shipped Priority mail and are insured. Any cracked eggs can be refunded by USPS with proof by submitting a claim to them online by going here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm You will need to create an account. Please review images of our packing technique BEFORE purchasing. We wrap each egg individually with bubble wrap, place foam padding on top and bottom of the package, and fill the package with pine shavings to further cushion the eggs. Each package is marked with fragile stickers on 5 sides. Hatching rate is largely based on factors out of our control and is not guaranteed by us. We store all our eggs between 55-60F until shipping. Each of our breeds are contained in their own fertilizing pen. Eggs are collected multiple times per day to preclude temperature fluctuations. Please note hatch rate and fertility rate are not the same. Fertility rate cannot be determined based on hatch rate. A set of ten eggs may be 100% fertile, but depending on how they were incubated or shipped, etc. only a few may develop and even less may hatch. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
