YOU CAN TELL SINCE THEY HAVE LITTLE SEALS ON THE WIRES AT THE END OF THE ORANGE LINES ON SOME OF THE DIALS!!! Absolutely cleaned up and looking good! The security screw is also in each one! ALL FUNCTIONAL!!! MOMENTARILY TESTED WITH A POWER DRILL THAT HAS A MAGNET IN THE CHUCK, THAT I HELD AT THE BACK OF THE DIAL TO BE SURE THE BLUE STAR WHEEL FLOW INDICATOR SPINS AND THE NUMBERS BEGIN TO ADVANCE!!!
