This is great for protecting the mag from drops during mag changes. It also will mimimize the wear on any cover garments worn over the pistol. This magazine is P.B. marked on both the steel body and heavy rubber base plate. This mag is in nice shape. I know these magazines fit many different Beretta models, but it is the buyers responsibility to know what magazine fits their firearm. I put this in my own M9A1, it fit and cycles dummy rounds perfectly. The magazine is used and may have minor imperfections from normal use and storage.
